Case: Söderberg & Partners, 20th Anniversary
To celebrate its extraordinary 20th anniversary, Söderberg & Partners gathered employees from 11 countries at Tele2 Arena in Stockholm. Deluxe was entrusted with the task of creating and performing a tailor-made entertainment production for the gala dinner—an experience that would honor the diversity of the nationalities present and enhance the evening’s festive atmosphere.
Concept & Creative Process
We wanted to craft a cohesive and engaging experience, so we searched for a unifying theme to build the performance around. Our inspiration came from the American "homecoming" tradition, where people return to their hometowns for celebrations often centered around sporting events. With this as our foundation, we designed a musical production where each country was represented by a song, carefully arranged to create a seamless and dynamic performance.
Execution & Solutions
To achieve the right sound, we expanded our standard six-piece lineup with an additional horn section in the backing tracks (including a tuba for a fuller brass sound). We also incorporated a live drumline of five percussionists to reinforce the energetic marching band feel. For added authenticity, we recorded traditional parade commands to enhance the experience.
Beyond the music, we elevated the visual production by integrating four professional dancers and company employees acting as flag bearers—an appreciated addition that strengthened the overall impact of the performance.
Results & Client Response
This became our largest production to date, featuring a total of 30 people on stage simultaneously. By investing in extra details and customized solutions, we were able to create an experience that not only engaged the audience but also reinforced the event’s theme and purpose. The response from both organizers and guests was overwhelmingly positive, and it was an honor for us to contribute to such a memorable evening.

Case: Academic Work’s 25th Anniversary
To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Academic Work invited employees to Šibenik, Croatia, for a spectacular birthday event set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Adriatic Sea. Deluxe had the honor of producing and performing a bespoke show for the outdoor gala dinner—an unforgettable experience under the stars.
Concept & Creative Approach
With employees from across Europe coming together, our main goal was to create a sense of unity while delivering an entertainment experience that resonated with the diverse audience. The demographic ranged from young professionals in their twenties to seasoned consultants, which meant we needed to craft a performance that would appeal to everyone.
We designed an opening act inspired by the event’s theme, “Heartbeat”, starting with a powerful and cinematic song to capture the magical moment under the night sky. From there, the performance transitioned into an energetic and contemporary setlist, setting the perfect mood for the evening and getting the celebration started.
Tailored Entertainment for a Unique Experience
As the night unfolded, we introduced interactive elements, including a lively sing-along section, a dessert parade accompanied by music, and one of the evening’s highlights—a country celebration. To tie everything together, we drew inspiration from the shared Balkan connection and reimagined a song from each represented country with a unique Balkan twist. Accompanied by four dancers, we transformed the stage—and the entire dining area—into a vibrant Balkan carnival, bringing guests into the heart of the celebration.
Results & Client Impact
By crafting a fully customized entertainment experience, we not only reinforced the event’s theme but hopefully also strengthened the sense of unity among employees. The response from the audience was overwhelmingly positive, with the interactive and immersive elements making for an unforgettable evening.
